Rise + Shine Yoga Saturdays at Cross Street Flower Farm

Come join us for Saturday morning yoga among the flower fields. 

Every Saturday starting Memorial Day weekend through Dahlia season as weather permits! 

We encourage you to pre-register, although drop-ins are allowed. Check-in at the Barn Shop before or after the class.

Bring a yoga mat and towel and get your zen on among the flowers, birds, bees, and the beautiful backdrop of Cross Street Flower Farm. Great way to start the weekend!

As our yoga class is out in the fields, it runs only in fair weather. We announce cancellations via Instagram and facebook. If you booked a class and we cancel due to weather, you can just come to the next class that works with your schedule!
